The ACM Awards are bringing the star power this year!  Today it was announced that icons Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks will be co-hosting the show, due to air live on Amazon Prime at 8pm ET on May 11th from the Ford Center in Frisco, TX.

“While I’ve had the pleasure of spending time with [Garth] throughout the years, I can’t believe we’ve never had the chance to work together,” says Parton. “In addition to getting to see all this great new talent in country music, I am excited to have the chance to premiere the lead single from my upcoming rock album on the show!” Adds Brooks, “Anyone with Dolly Parton makes a fantastic couple.” Parton returns for a second consecutive year as host after last year teaming with Jimmie Allen and Gabby Barrett. This will be Brooks’ first time serving as host of an awards show.
