Contestants must be 18 or older unless otherwise specified.
Employees and family members of Hometown Country Music and it’s affiliates and participating sponsors/partners are ineligible.
Prizes will be distributed depending on the prize won and the arrangements made, at the discretion of Hometown Country Music.
Contest winners agree to allow Hometown Country Music to use their name in any promotion or advertising related to the contest without additional financial or other compensation.
The decision of Hometown Country Music regarding all contests is final.
No purchase is necessary to win. All contests are void where prohibited. Contests and promotions are subject to all federal, state & local laws.
Travel and accommodations are NOT included with concert ticket giveaways unless specifically noted as such.
Contest-specific rules may be added as needed to certain contests.
