1.  Hi there!  Would you mind telling our readers a little about yourself and your background?

I grew up in New Jersey on the beach in a big Italian family! I was definitely a beach bum 🙂 I didn’t grow up singing I actually got a late start at 17 years old. When I started singing I wanted to learn the guitar and write songs so country music is where I gravitated toward.

2.  You recently released a new single called “Give,” and will soon be launching your “Give” campaign.  What is the inspiration behind the song and how did it lead to this campaign?

This song portrays how I like to live my life. I always try to walk around happy and smiling. The message behind the song is “it isn’t what you get it’s what you give.” I feel like the world would be a much better place if they lived life according to this song. The ‘Give’ campaign came about because if I’m releasing a song with the powerful message of giving, then what better way to spread awareness and help “Give” back to our community 🙂

3.  How would you describe your style of music within the realms of country music?

I would describe my music as “contemporary with a 90’s feel” Some of my biggest country influences are Martina McBride, Sara Evans, Loretta Lynn, and Carrie Underwood. So I have a lot of influence from the 90’s and early 2000’s when it comes to my sound.

4.  What are some of the goals you’ve set for yourself in your career?

Some of my goals are to touch everyone I can with my music and my message. I whole heartedly believe that I don’t need to sing in front of thousands of people to make an impact. If I can touch one person each time i perform or speak then I am doing my job. I would love to play the Grand Ole Opry one day that’s up there on the list! 🙂 My main goal is to have fun and enjoy every minute of my music career 🙂

5.  What’s been the biggest “Wow” moment in your career so far?

The biggest “wow” moment of my career so far is probably seeing people embrace me and my music. When I released my first EP people were sending me pictures on social media of them holding a copy. I just had a dad tell me the other day that he looks at my face every day because his daughter has my picture on her wall. It’s little moments like that that really make me smile.

6.  Outside of music, what is something that you are extremely passionate about?

Outside of music I am an ER Nurse. So that keeps me busy! Haha so I’m passionate about helping others. I love the outdoors and nature. I’m also passionate about my family and friends I love spending time with them and making memories 🙂

7.  What is the #1 item on your Bucket List?

I actually have a tangible bucket list written out that I’m constantly adding to. My number one was to travel to Italy but I was fortunate enough to go there during the New Year! So my new #1 is to go skydiving!

8.  What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses as an artist?

My biggest strengths are my powerful voice and my passion and love for music. Some of my weaknesses are that I’m a perfectionist and want every little thing to be perfect, every detail matters, probably a little too much. Haha. I take my career seriously so it’s easy sometimes to get wrapped up in the imperfections.

9.  What is your favorite charity to support?

I don’t know if I could pick a favorite charity. I think every charity is amazing. But if I had to pick one I would choose Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. See I still can’t pick just one! 🙂

10.  What advice would you to an aspiring artist trying to make a career out of music?

My advice would be to have fun, enjoy every little moment not just the big ones, and stay true to yourself and how you want to be portrayed
