Dierks Bentley hosted the ‘Country Cares’ concert, on July 22, 2013, for the ‘Prescott 19’ with The Band Perry, Randy Houser, & David Nail. Tickets to the show sold out in minutes with the help of radio stations in Arizona. The show, which also included a silent auction of autographed memorabilia, raised a total of $476,000. Although, the show was planned to be more of a somber ”memorial-type” event, the set lists were changed after Dierks met with some of the widows.
“The women all made it clear that if their husbands were there, they would want the show to rock,” said Dierks.
