Justin Moore wrote this on his Facebook page yesterday, pretty cool stuff!

Since 2008, every spring I have boarded a flight bound for Las Vegas. Each year I have attended the ACM awards. Each year, there has been more awareness about my career. Each year, it’s been more fun to board that flight, than the previous year. However, this year trumps the previous 6 years that I have navigated the security lines at whatever airport my flight may have originated from. Because this year, 2014, on April fools day, I hand my boarding pass off to the American Airlines gate agent as an ACM award nominee. Yes, the same Justin Moore as the last 6 years. But, in the same breath, a different one. This Justin Moore (same as the one who was afore mentioned), is boarding a flight content. Content with his career, and beyond content with his personal life. It’s astonishing, at times, how your personal journey through life parallels your professional one. 6 years ago, I was a newlywed, who didn’t understand what I was about to endure as a “country star.” 6 years later, it seems, I’m an old pro. I’ve become a better father, a better husband, a headliner, and a better Christian (most importantly). I realize this may be long-winded, as I touch down in Dallas. This is where I connect to LA, then on to Vegas. But, I feel it is most important. See, I’ve sustained a career by being honest with COUNTRY RADIO, MY FANS, and MYSELF. I was moved to write this piece because of that. If you’re a writer, you’re a writer. It’s not only songs. It’s just, simply, “writing.” I put my heart and soul into my music, my shows, and my life. I want to thank, from the bottom of my heart, all of you for doing the same. If we win the ACM new artist award Sunday night, fantastic. If we don’t, I just want to let all of you know how much I appreciate you fulfilling my dreams of giving me a shot at it. This is all I’ve ever wanted for the last 6 years. Less than a week left to vote EVERYDAY! Let’s bring this thing home! I’ve got a speech that I’ve been waiting for 6 springs to give! THANK You! GOD BLESS! Sincerely, JM…
